Katie is on a mission to improve feedback at work. A process that has been a core element of organizations for almost 100 yrs and yet we have far from mastered. Leveraging a MSc in Organizational Psychology that included conducting her own research in the area of feedback dynamics, and two professional certifications: one in training and development and one in organization development, she brings a new approach to feedback. One that creates greater connection and trust across organizations and ultimately serves to improve organizational effectiveness and success.
